About Me

WELCOME!

I’m Kevin Kellogg, the owner and one-man show at SLAB CREEK GUIDE SERVICE. I
have earned my living for twelve years as a commercial pilot, including nine seasons of
flying the bush in nearly every corner of Alaska. I have worked as a pilot/guide for two
major fishing lodges, and independently.

Most fishing lodges spend their days crowding the same overfished rivers. As a
fisherman and an Alaska enthusiast, this is unacceptable to me. That’s why I have
started SLAB CREEK GUIDE SERVICE, to get back to what Alaska fishing is
supposed to be all about: REMOTE, UNCROWDED, REAL WILDERNESS FISHING!
To achieve this, I operate a high-performance, four-place Cessna equipped with oversize
tundra tires, to access the small streams and creeks of the wild Alaska peninsula. With
excellent short-field capability, my bush plane operates safely from river bars and lava
patches, taking us to the remote fishing hotspots!

Please contact me any time for more information about these unique adventures, or just
to shoot the breeze about fishing and flying!!
